Living in Toronto, there is something very interesting in the following 2 weeks. Because winter is a long snow-covered season lasting around 5 months that tourists are rare, Toronto city government invented an activity to promote restaurants. It is called “Winterlicious” which literally combines “Winter” and “Delicious” together. During the following two weeks, the participating restaurants will provide special deals to attract more business. For instance, people can get as low as $15 for a set of lunch meal in a restaurant which usually cost more than $30 per person. Some fancy top-tier restaurants are also participating.
